We ship packages every weekday; if you order before 11:00 on a weekday, we will ship your package the same day.

Shipping to a parcel shop is free on purchases over €100 otherwise it costs €4,90 Home delivery always costs €5,90 If you return an item, it costs €7,50, while exchanges are completely free.

• Klarna, pay in installments, pay the full amount, or postpone the payment

With us, you get a 30-day return policy, which is 16 days more than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We call it our satisfaction guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days and receive a full refund.
