Shipping Information

We offer free shipping to parcel shops on all orders over € 100. For orders below that amount, parcel shop delivery is at your own expense. Home delivery with GLS or UPS costs €15, regardless of the order size.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is 1–2 business days (shipped via GLS or UPS)
You can choose delivery to a parcel shop with GLS, or home delivery with GLS.

If you place your order before 11:00 AM on a business day, we will ship your order the same day.

Payment Information

Reliefr accepts payments via VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Paypal, and Klarna.
Your payment will only be charged once the item has been shipped.
All prices are in EURO and include VAT and taxes.

Reservation of Funds

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.
The funds will remain on hold on your card or account until:

1. We charge the amount when the item is shipped, or

2. The funds are released in accordance with your card issuer's policy.

We do not charge any card fees.
